Is Reception open 24 hours?
We do not have a reception desk. Nevertheless, Our caretaker is there to help you at any moment, day or night.
Which languages are spoken at Reception?
Malay and English.
Internet connection?
The entire facility has a wireless internet connection. Please be aware, though, that rather than using fibre optic (which is currently not available in the area), we are connected via a 5G network. Occasionally, there may be an interruption.
What is the maximum number of guest can stay in the villa?
Two single beds and two queen-size beds are available. The beds can accommodate six individuals. With their own arrangements, four more people can sleep in the living room. To put it briefly, the property can accommodate a maximum of ten guests.
